Pool closed sad, hotel happy

So disappointed in the pool being closed during our trip full of hot, sunny days. Otherwise this was a great hotel!!

Accommodations were great. Wasn’t very appealing on the outside, but it was near the river heading into Kentucky.

When I got there the bed was half way made, there was no clean towels, dirty towels were in the floor, no extra toilet paper, the bath tub was dirty. and they tried to over charge us. i paid 121 for aug 30-31, then 131 for aug 31- sep 1 and they are still trrying to charge me extra

Thank you for taking the time to share about your recent stay with us, and we are sorry to hear that you were unhappy with your stay. however it looks like you only had a one night stay originally so the price is going to increase when the reservation is extended. you also walked out on your bill for the second night.
