Absolutely the worst start to a stay at a Hampton Inn ever. The guy who checked me in was the rudest employee I have ever encountered at a Hampton. I booked on Hotels.com and arrived to check in. There were 2 guys checking in when I arrived. The employee finished up with them then walked away without a word (while he was gone, the guys raided the small store area without paying for anything. The employee came back and another young man paid for his snacks. Then I asked to check in and he asked for my ID and form of payment. I told him I had prepaid online and he rolled his eyes. He asked for a card for a deposit and I asked could I just pay a cash deposit because at another hotel, an employee had stolen $300 from my card. I offered up to a $500 cash deposit. He said no, so I handed him my card and he disappeared behind a door for several minutes. When he came back, I asked why he had taken my card to another room for several minutes and told him I was not comfortable with that. He said if I wanted a manager, I could complain in the morning. A couple behind me were incredulous that he was so rude I asked him why he was being so rude to me and he again invited me to complain in the morning to a manager. I will be canceling this card in the morning, as I still don't know why he disappeared with my card. He finally handed me 1 key card and didn't even tell my room number, directions to anything, etc.

It was pet friendly and the pool area was clean ,room was clean and quiet.The breakfast was good.

Would stay again if in the area

In a good area. Check-in process easy, although we had to wait a few minutes for someone to arrive, no other issues. Room was clean and comfortable. Fairly quiet, but for a Saturday night do expect some staying at a hotel to be noisy but nothing too late so it wasn’t too much of an issue. Check out process easy

Probably would not stay here again. Hotel was old and not maintained to Hilton standards. Room was OK. Breakfast was just average.
