Over all the hotel is good burt a breakfast not many options.

got to our hotel room at midnight, walking inside to the fire alarm beeping, as well as human feces in the toilet. attempted to flush the toilet, but it began to overflow all over the hotel room. ran to front desk to notify them about the incident and they said sorry and assigned us a new room. went to the front desk in the morning and they refused to give a refund. took 45 minutes of argument to finally receive reimbursement. horrible experience overall.

Great staff- our original room didn’t have towels or a shower curtain (due to deep cleaning going on in rooms) so the Front Desk gentleman moved us to the room next door that was even better than the original room with no hesitation. Would come back again.
