Last minute fall break trip
Publié le 1 nov. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe (myself and my 12, 15, and 17 year old children) took a last minute fall break trip down south and chose this amazing home to stay in for a couple nights. WOW, did NOT disappoint!!!! The proximity to Louisville is awesome, but there are also so many great little restaurants right there in Jeffersonville.
This home was probably the best part of the trip though. It ended up being a little too chilly for us to take advantage of all the cool outside activities (ping pong, volleyball, you name it and it is there). We spent most of our time inside enjoying the comfortable furniture and cozy kitchen.
The views from this home are top notch. We were even able to watch the Belle of Louisville float right past us with all the lights on at night. Talk about bucket list views!
Go ahead, just book this place. I know I will be staying again someday!

Perfect Fall Break Get Away
Publié le 24 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayOur family enjoyed 3 nights at this river front property. Our kids especially enjoyed the ping pong table, yard games, fire pit, and piers for fishing. The fall views were stunning and we enjoyed seeing large and small barges go past us all day long. This location was very close to Louisville and we had access to everything we wanted to do during our stay. We highly recommend this site!

Nice getaway
Publié le 16 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe over all experience was great. It was a short drive to Louisville. There was plenty to do in Jeffersonville also.The house was clean and a lot of yard games to enjoy when your hanging around the house. Peaceful just sitting there and watching the boats go by.

The perfect stay
Publié le 4 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe had a fantastic week at the property. The house was very well appointed with everything we needed. The furniture and beds were all comfortable and we were very grateful of the air conditioning with such hot weather. There are supermarkets and restaurants within a few minutes drive and plenty more over the river if you want. We used the house to explore the wider Kentucky/Indiana states after spending the previous few weeks touring, and we found lots of things to do but our favourite was watching the various boats pass by up and down the river. We wouldn’t hesitate to return or recommend.

Beautiful location!
Publié le 30 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe had a wonderful time! The home was clean and well stocked. The home came with so many games - ping pong table, volleyball/badminton net, corn hole and more! The games were all in great condition and we could really use them, which isn't always the case. We had a great time playing as a family. Owner was great with communication. Definitely recommend and would stay here again.

Great Place to Spend Time on the River

The house was very well stocked with necessities to make out stay comfortable. The house was very clean and the decor was cute. The property is quiet, in a safe location, relaxing, and the neighbors are very friendly. We will defiantly stay again!

Great place to relax
Publié le 20 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayOur stay was great, we were on a long road trip and wanted a place away from the city and got exactly that. The owner was proactive in ensuring our stay was comfortable and pleasant. The only minor complaint we could report was that the place was a little buggy. As in there were ants invading the house and we also had to kill a number of spiders. I don't mind that so much as pest control is my profession, but other visitors might be put off enough by that kind of thing to make more of a fuss. Overall relaxing by the river was awesome, the house was really nice and comfortable and we really enjoyed it.

Great time, great rental
Publié le 29 mai 2024 sur HomeAwayLocation was very convenient for our outings in Louisville with a rental car/uber. Couldn’t beat the riverfront location and all the amenities at the unit. Owner stopped by while in the neighborhood and was very friendly and offered great suggestions. Would rent this property again if in the area.
