Convenient location, easy accessible, rooms are starting to show wear. The rooms were clean and well stocked. Had problem with parking in front of my room due upper level guest parking in spot. Desk clerks were curtious and polite Overall satisfied with my stay, plan on stay next year if able.

Booked this hotel for Louder than life event. My concert date was cancelled due to weather conditions so I ended up leaving and not staying at the hotel. I was even charged a $50 extra fee for checking in early. No refund issued whatsoever

Disgusting room

Didn’t even stay the whole night, only spent a few hours in the room and roaches start crawling from everywhere. Went to ask the attendant for another room, i was told that they were babies , a He’s said he didn’t have any so i checked out early

Lots of easy to fix damages to the room. Ceiling has large pieces of paint peeling off from obvious water damage. Bed had weird bleach style stain and burn marks on bed. Cover bathroom toilet seat was completely broken and bathroom. Light switch was pushed in exposing in wires. Outside was cleanish. Plenty of cameras around the property. Staff was meh; not mean but not friendly.
