Clean hotel room, nice service workers, very little provided (no breakfast, no conditioner, no cups for coffee)

No customer service

I reserved a non-smoking room and when you walked in, you could tell somebody smoked in it burn holes in all the bedding and in the morning after we left for the whole day and came back we didn’t even get room service because they decided to tell the office that we had to do not disturb sign up when we did it so we had to hunt someone down to get clean sheets and towels for our self

Our room was non-smoking, but it smelled of cigarettes and had burns on the comforters. We found multiple spiders and bugs in our room.
