Staff did not have it together. No toliet paper and within an hour of being in the hotel we had a staff member enter our room because it showed "vacant" in their system. Also the morning of checkout they shut off our cards so we got locked out of our room after breakfast.

Nasty old hotel in bad part of town the entire hotel smelled

My first night stay Thursday 9/26 was just fine, Friday 9/27 the area had nasty weather witch most did due to the hurricane, the window to our room starting leaking which led to a extremely amount of water coming in I reported to the clerk on duty as soon as I step in sopping wet carpet, they did nothing to try and accommodate other than give me bath mats to put down, next day was Saturday 9/28 lots more rain still soaked floors of course the room started to spell terrible very musky from the wet carpet Sunday 29 floor still wet and stinky room, checked out Monday the 30th let the clerk on duty know again the guy on the 28th never even made a not of it! I’m going to try and get some sort of compensation back for the terrible room conditions and the inconvenience of having to smell the stinking room due to the wet carpets

Was in town for a show at the Expo Center. This hotel is not super fancy, but it was clean and safe. And importantly within walking distance of the Expo Center. I would stay here again.

Good stay

Only thing was I had to find another hotel because the fellow at the front desk during check in told me that there was no way we could extend the stay even though the storm rolled in. I get it but still it’s about the hospitality. But it was clean and overall a good stay
