Je suis très déçu de la chambre, salle de bain vraiment désuet des lumières brulé et la TV fonctionnait pas. J'ai avisez le personnel à la réception personnellement et en plus j'ai demandé le réveil le matin rien reçu. Je suis vraiment pas content ma femme et moi. SUPER 8 TERMINÉ.

Everything was run down. Our room smelled incredibly bad like mildew. It was like sleeping in a wet basement. So gross. If it hadn't been so late, we would have went elsewhere.

Roaches in the lobby and in our room. Tile broken in from of the toilet. Floor weak underneath the crack in the tile. Smelled like black mold. Sheet rock dust falling in the bathroom too. Staff unfriendly and not courteous. Would not replace dirty towels with new ones and Had me bring my dirty towels to him in the lobby for exchange. They would not refund or move rooms until I was complaining about bringing my own towels down to him and them not bring up to us. I complained about the roaches in our room and the weak floor. Another couple left also and he refund them. But not my stay. Only that night cause he told us to leave. Other staff does not speak English. This is USA, English should be spoken in a public. Will not recommend this place to anyone. Will tell my friends about the poor service and the broken fixtures. The odor was so bad had to wear my nursing mask so I wouldn’t puke. The smell is the norm for the Pakistan culture. Why send a text message to me saying if we needed anything just call the front desk or message back on this thread.

I woke up and bugs/roaches on nightstand and countertops.
