Completely renovated in 2021, this magnificent home on Louisville's east side is THE place to stay for groups. Golfers behold the indoor practice room complete with putting green and indoor swing cage. Wedding parties, there is plenty of space for everyone!

Upon entering you are immediately greeted by that cozy, mountain lodge feel. Custom stone and woodwork adorn the wrap-around bar area with seating for the entire group, complete with mini fridge, wet bar, television, and margarita machine.

Make your way into the living area with two 70 inch smart TVs and plenty of additional seating. High end furniture and finishes are abundant. The dining room table has seating for 8-10 with additional bar seating close by. The kitchen is custom built from top to bottom with everything you need for meal prep and cooking.

Next we'll head into the theatre room where you and the family can enjoy an evening with a film and popcorn (fresh popcorn machine available for use, however we do not provide the popcorn).

The main floor features 5 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms and plenty of open space for large groups to relax comfortably.

As we head upstairs we will find 2 additional bedrooms, each with 2 king beds (4 total). The upstairs full bathroom is enormous and the perfect sharable space for parties to get ready for the festivities ahead.

Finally we get to the lower level. This is where the fun is! 2 half bathrooms make hanging out all day in this area convenient. Arcade gaming, pinball, shuffleboard, and a poker table make this spot the place to be during your stay. Just when you think it can't get any better....A GOLF ROOM!!! Practice putting holes and indoor swing cage will keep the fun going long after you've finished your round for the day, we even provide clubs and balls!

Enjoy your evenings under the huge covered patio which is connected to the house, newly built in 2023.

The home sits next to the Persimmon Ridge clubhouse and restaurant. Feel free to walk over and grab some tasty food and beverage, BUT BE SURE TO STAY OFF THE GOLF COURSE AND ALL PRACTICE AREAS. PERSIMMON RIDGE IS A PRIVATE CLUB. ANY UNAUTHORIZED USE OF THE GOLF FACILITIES WILL BE CONSIDERED TRESPASSING AND WILL BE PROSECUTED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW.

All levels have their own thermostat to ensure maximum comfort for large groups.

Please immediately report any damage or maintenance issues to management

Lock all windows & doors when you leave

Absolutely no open flames

Additional fees will be imposed if the property is left in unsatisfactory condition

Laundry accommodations are provided. Feel free to use them as needed to wash clothes and/or linens

-Security recording devices on premises exist solely for the safety and security of our guests. Guest privacy is a top priority. 2 "Ring" style cameras. 1 is located near the side door of the lower level and the 2nd is located on the front left corner of the home. Devices record audio and video and are triggered by motion. Devices will be active during guests stay.

Access to the house is through the front door. The key code will be sent 24 hours prior to check in.

Interaction is minimal. Guests check themselves in. Professional management staff is available for any needs during the stay.

RENTAL AGREEMENT: Guests are required to sign all Rental Agreements prior to check in. If guests refuse to sign the rental agreement, the cancellation policy will still apply.

KENTUCKY DERBY: All Kentucky Derby week/weekend reservations are non refundable, regardless of whether or not a rental agreement has been signed.

SECURITY DEPOSIT: A security deposit hold is required for this reservation. This deposit is collected outside of the booking platform. The deposit must be collected at least 3 days prior to check or the reservation may be cancelled and the cancellation policy will still apply.
