Great Experience
Publié le 15 nov. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe property owner was very nice and made us feel welcome. A wonderful place to stay, the outdoor area was very nice. Saw many deer and has great views. Will definitely book there again, especially during warmer months when we can enjoy the outdoors more.

Toad Hill was Terrific!
Publié le 13 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayOur stay was fantastic! Couldn’t have asked for more from a location. Just off the highway, but up on a hill in the trees. Very secluded. The living space was basically a studio with a very, very small bathroom. It was stocked with towels and the shower had plenty of hot water. The living area had a very comfortable king bed with extra blankets. The little things made a big difference. They had trays of chocolates around the room as well as snacks (granola bars and rice Krispy treats). They also had waters in the fridge, a Keurig with pods, half and half as well as flavored creamer. We didn’t get to meet the owners as they were out of town, but their communication was 10/10! They actually have two rentals on location (the second being “The Barn @ Toad Hill”. We were lucky enough to see this place and it was hands down one of the most unique and beautiful places we’ve ever seen. Both places are worth the asking price. We were in town for the Vols vs Gators football game. Just wished there was more Tennessee decor in these two locations. We will definetely be back!

Great stay
Publié le 1 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe were visiting the area to visit our granddaughter at UT. The location was perfect. This studio was just what we need and our fur babies loved it. The bed is very comfortable. Everything you need was there for you to use. You can see the mountains from the veranda. My favorite spot to have a beverage a just relax. We will definitely stay again. Thank you Doug and Cathy

Wonderful Stay
Publié le 22 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayEastern Tennessee has so much to offer and toad hill was perfectly located. It was quiet and comfortable. Coffee and the hummingbirds on the porch in the early morning was a treat to see. We will definitely be back!!

Perfect stay

We were in town for a concert series and didn't spend much time in the space but it was cozy and has lots of personality. We were also on the run too much to enjoy the great patio but it was awesome knowing that we could and would feel comfortable doing so.
The communication and Doug checking in made us feel like we were staying in an old friend's guest house.

I really appreciate the care it took to make this small space so inviting! Owner is very friendly and we had a great time!! Would stay here again!
