I am sorry you did not receive service on your last night we have a front desk team at the hotel 24/7 so if you need anything you can let them know and they are more than happy to fix any problems. Room was small but clean. Breakfast was pretty good with several options. Bed was comfortable but pillows were too soft. Worst complaint was the room was not cleaned on our last night.

The room was nice and clean the breakfast was not all that the meat and eggs were not hot at all and not a good selection

Our breakfast attendant and front desk staff are always available to assist with any issues during breakfast, such as temperature or quality concerns. Unfortunately, we are limited in the selection we can offer while still being able to include a hot breakfast in every reservation at no additional cost. We understand this may not meet everyone's preferences, and try to have as varied of a menu as we can to accommodate this.Thank you for taking the time to share your valuable feedback with us. We look forward to having you stay with us again sometime!

Great property. staff was not friendly at all. I think we got spoiled with the way we were treated in Nashville.

While I'm sorry to hear you felt our staff weren't friendly, I don't see any notes of a complaint or even issue during your stay so I'm not sure what was wrong with their service.
