Tired Room
Posted Aug. 27, 2024 on HotelsWelcoming team. Who were all very helpful. Room was very tired and super stuffy and warm (fan provided). However i was informed delux rooms had air con( was unaware of this)

Great reception and breakfast staff. Bathrooms a little dated and air condition investment would be nice.
Very pleasant stay, rooms and beds comfy otherwise. Enjoyed the welcome.

Wet dog smell and loud volume from bar
Posted Aug. 16, 2024 on HotelsBooked a suit. On opening the door I could immediately smell wet dog. Also I could hear sounds from the bar and reception as my room was directly above both. I went back to reception to ask to change rooms but no other rooms were available. I opened both windows to my room to try to remove the wet dog smell. But the sound of drunk golfers outside the bar below was louder than my iPad volume ( the tv did not work). I had to close the windows again.
