Great little place to stay
Publié le 28 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayProperty was just as it was advertised. Great little walk to what I guess was downtown Loveland. Such a cute little town. It's probably a tie between my favorite things at property. I love the fenced in backyard for my dogs. That was a game changer. But I also really love the mattresses. I don't know what kind they were but they slept so great and they were so comfortable. Great space for my family, not too big but three bedrooms and one bath were sufficient. With no one on one side and one neighbor on the other. There was some kids on top of the building across the street throwing rocks down but once they saw us they stopped. Anytime I texted the Host, he got back to me really quick. Didn't really have any problems or issues. Would definitely stay there again if we were back in Cincinnati.

Publié le 26 déc. 2023 sur HomeAwayVery nice little house for the price. Beds comfortable with nice linens, good hot shower, nicely furnished. Very, very clean! Couldn’t get dishwasher to work, but that was no problem for us. Just might need a drying rack/towel. Very quiet area. Downtown is fantastic and only a short walk. Would definitely stay again.

I love Loveland area.wanted to see the fireworks. This rental was convenient for family gathering. Nice and spacious.

We had a snafu where the house was not cleaned when we showed up, but the property manager responded quickly and housekeeping services came and got the house in good shape. We appreciated the swift responses. The house is nicely maintained and the the town is lovely, but as an fyi, there are a couple abandoned buildings just another house down on the short block. This turned out not to be any sort of issue, but we were a bit nervous when we initially saw them.
All the amenities worked beautifully-the wifi, tv, laundry, and most importantly in summer, air conditioner! I feel confident that if we had any other issues during our stay, the property manager would have addressed them right away, which is a great feeling.
