They did not have towels or shampoo. Went to get some . Said they don't supply shampoo. Room smelled badly of dirty dog. Went to desk to complain and they gave me air freshener, it didn't resolve the problem . Very noisy. By I25

Worst Hotel Ever
Publié le 9 sept. 2024 sur HotelsThe property has trash everywhere. The main hallway smelled atrocious and stains everywhere in the carpet. The room itself has a terrible odor. The shower had hair stuck to the sides and pubic hair in the bottom of the tub. There were people hollering and dogs barking throughout. Three out of four facility washing machines were broke and the only one working was covered in dog hair.
