The hotel was located in a great area. The staff were friendly and helpful. Only negative apsects we ran into were that the room had clearly not been cleaned very thoroughly. We paid for a nicer room to have more space and a mountain view, we were not given a mountain view side room. Which wasnt the end of the world, we were going hiking each day in the mountains anyway. But a clean room should be pretty standard. Oh and the fridge never worked, freezer worked great but maintenance never could fix the fridge.

I enjoyed the outdoor breakfast area. I didn't realize a BBQ grill was available until after we bought some groceries or I would have purchased food to grill. The sun did get intense in the mornings, so a canopy would be a lovely touch!
I was pleased with the kitchen amenities (large refrigerator and freezer, microwave, stovetop, and dishwasher. However, we had to ask for dish soap, and the desk clerk had to search for it. Also, we found a skillet lid but no pan.
The rest was very nice.

Its an Ok stay
Publié le 8 août 2024 sur HotelsThe hotel was centrally located. It was mostly clean inside and out. The decor was up to date. The room was a suite with full fridge, stove, and microwave. The beds though....The beds were as hard as the floor. We didnt sleep very well during our week long stay. My husband loves firm mattresses and even he was complaining that the beds felt like concrete.We were thinking we would need to purchase a foam mattress topper if we ever stay here again. The pillows are very small and go flat easily. We had to go to Walmart to purchase large pillows in order to have a little comfort and support. The air conditioner worked great as it was 95⁰ everyday. We stayed cool in our suite. Breakfast was served daily which was nice. Overall, the hotel was nice, the staff was ok, the rooms were nice,but the beds were horrible.

Too many dogs in the hotel. You shouldn't be having breakfast with a german Shepherd.

For the most part I had a good stay, but the hallway carpet was very dirty and the rug in my room had a red stain. And i paid extra for a mountain view and all i had was a construction site view.

I cancelled my room because of an emergency came up and was able to be there, and I was still charged for the room. Not really happy about that.
