All things seem to be right in first sight, but there were plenty of problems.
First one is about hygiene. Heavy dust on the air conditioner, molded showerhead, and shower curtain. Furthermore, the water was not warm enough, but we endured it.
Second, about service. As other said, the lady in reception is kind and helpful. However, the guy with short hair tried to rip me off! He said that the fee of riding a minivan to Kuangsi waterfall is 45,000 kip/1 person. The time was right after we arrived, so we decided to rest first and didn't purchase. At night of the day, we could meet the lady. We decided to buy the service, so asked the price again. Then she pointed out the banner hanging on the left side on the wall and said it is 40,000 kip/1 person! It was equal to the information on the banner, and I slightly felt anger because he tried to rip me off although there was written pricetag near to me!
It seems I wrote mostly bad words about the place, but you would see many pros in other's comments. Just some descriptions of the breakfast are needed. The breakfast consists of 2 slices of bread, eggs(scrambled, fried, omelet), a cup of beverage(around 10 choices!), and 3 kinds of fruits. All of them are satisfactory.
