Hôtel splendide vue extraordinaire depuis notre chambre sur les rizières et les montagnes Personnel extraordinairement gentils Merci à Dénis le manager Français pour sa délicate attention Ne cherchez pas un autre hôtel à Luang Prabang celui ci est plus-que-parfait un réel moment de bonheur Merci

Etat général, pas de menu varié dans le restaurant. Très peu de plats locaux, dommage. Les plats ne sont pas homogènes, les ingrédients et la quantité varient d'un chef à l'autre. SPA, programme interchangé. Très très peu activités.

A new hotel already old. Service is charming but poorly trained. Water system doesnt work properly as well as noisy air cond and bysantin electricity system. Garden is not finished nor the swimming pool. Breakfast is ok but otherwise food is below average. Mr Pullman you got to do some improvements.

This is not what we expect for our Valued Guest. It is a challenge to open the largest resort in Luang Prabang, we thank you for your patience and complimenting our charming service. We are in the process of digging additional wells in order to provide a stronger water distribution system, as well as, to maintain our grounds. We plan to have an organic farm and grow a variety of flowers to enhance the view of our garden. Our 3 swimming pools are in working order and the the pool bar is due to open soon. We will definitely take care of the mentioned issues, thank you for telling us about your experience. Petit cocooning au cœur des rizières: calme-zen

Séjour magnifique à Luang Prabang..dans un hôtel exceptionnel (service, personnel, restauration, piscine...).. seul bémol : le système de navette pour aller dans le centre de Luang Prabang n’est pas assez développé et adapté (sachant qu’il n’y a pas de tuk tuk qui attendent à la sortie de l’hotel)

Hotel has everything one would expect from a Pullman. However it's quite out of town and one needs to take the shuttle to reach the city centre. Major problem for me: airport pick up confirmed but nobody showed up and i had to catch a Taxi.

The property’s landscape is extremely beautiful and the stay is very comfortable . The rooms are spacious and very clean. Futhermore the services from all the staff there is exceptional and very helpful especially front desk receptionist ms velra . We would definitely choose to stay here if we visit luang prabang again.
