This hotel is lovely, The staff are great, they have the most comfortable bed, beautiful pool area, the amenities in the bathroom are wonderful & smell divine, there is an oil burner in your room to make it smell nice, over all great hotel, only thing they can improve on is the breakfast, maybe add a few more vegetarian hot dishes to the menu but apart from that 10/10 from me

Best hotel in Luang Prabang???

Fantastic new Built hotel near city center. Wonderful staff, great room, bed and bathroom. Very nice breakfast. Beautiful pool. Great service. Faultless. Will return !!! Many thanks to all of the staff for making our 7 day stay so wonderful .

Lovely boutique hotel that is quiet and pleasant. Service staff are wonderfully attentive when you need them, location is ideal with bicycles and a buggy cart to drop you off nearby. Nothing is really out of the way in LP so you can rest and relax in the hotel

Excellent .. Perfect base in LP. Friendly staff always ready to assist, comfy bed, excellent breakfast and a decent size pool to chilllax.

An absolute gem. Delightful staff, especially Chanh the fantastic manager who curated our entire visit. Lovely setting, around an palm tree fringed, pool oasis. The best Laotian food we had in Luang Prabang, and we tried a lot of places! Big thanks, we’ll be back.

The place is very beautiful and very clean but the location is not good and the amenities very basic The strangest thing is that it’s the only hotel in my life where I ran out of toilet paper twice… They seem committed to not leaving you an extra roll in the room

I sincerely apologize we did not fill up enough toilet paper in your room. Your comments have been shared with the appropriate departments so that this won't never happens again in the future. Regarding to location of the hotel, it's only 15 minutes walk to night market or 5 minutes drive by our shuttle service's Tuk Tuk and complimentary bicycles which you could ask at reception once you required.
