Poor visit
I rented a double queen suite with pull out bed. The AC in our room was not working properly. Lady at the front desk offered to have us put up in another room but it was only a double queen. We were cramped in the room, the reason i ordered the double queen suite. We made it work, but was not happy with the hotel.

Was disappointed that kids could come an go through the pool area. Talked to management about it. Acted as if they were surprised but the kids new what they were doing an had done it several times before.

Run down -- do not recommend
The building itself is just very rundown. The staff were friendly and helpful, but the state of the building was terrible. The carpet was tearing up, the building smelled like smoke; the hot tub wasn't working; the air conditioner units did not work and the room stayed around 80 degrees. Several things were broken in the room.

Expedia is where I booked my rooms and it gave me the price as $80 a night and I stayed for 2 nights but come to find out the first night I was charged $114 and the second night I was charged $80

Upon arriving I was unable to check in for almost an hour due to the hotel not having everything they needed from this booking site. Front desk clerk was rude and short. Refused to allow me access to the pool an extra hour due to taking so long to check in. I had less than an hour to use pool. Front desk clerk offered no apology or compensation for the inconvenience. VERY DISAPPOINTED
