Stuck on 3rd floor with no elevator.

Lubbock on October 3-7 confirmation number 72057945412136, had a major issue with the elevator. The only day it
worked was the day we checked in and
of course our room was on the 3rd
floor. My wife and I are elderly and it
was especially difficult for us to get our
luggage down the stairs when we
checked out. I believe I should get a
some sort of a refund on our stay.
The hotel itself was good but an elevator that was out 3/4 of our stay is not acceptable.
