Broken heater and noise all night

We got in late and just wanted to go to sleep. Two hours into the night our room was cold so I tried to adjust temperature and heater didn't work they put us in a different room. Two hours later there was loud noises coming from the hallway. We couldn't go back to sleep. Will not stay here again.

The property is well maintained and looks nice! We had a small issue and it was corrected in a timely manner. The is no shuttle to anywhere… not even the airport.

Our Stop in Lubbock on our way out of Texas

We came in around 7pm...was snowing lightly. We waited at the check-in counter for the agent to give us our keys. The cookies were forgotten...so we asked for them the next morning on our way out. Our room was nice and tighty and efficient. Dinner in the bar was quite good :)

The Doubletree is convenient to the University and is very clean. The room was ready for us with a comfortable bed. The warm cookie upon check in was a delicious bonus!
