Check-in and check out were very convenient. The bed was very comfortable and I slept well. The only drawback was the air conditioner, which is extremely loud! And, the hotel overall can use some thorough cleaning, like floorboards and carpet cleaning in the hallways. And a fresh coat of paint is also due. I would stay here again, though.

I will never book a room with your hotel again. We booked a room with free cancellation if need be and we ended up having to cancel 30 minutes after booking the reservation and we are being told we’re not gonna be refunded even though my email says if we canceled by the 15th at five we would get a full refund. And management was extremely rude and not helpful at all

It wasn’t a bad stay overall just has construction going on.

Check in was easy. The staff for check in was a little rude when we asked for towels for the pool however. The room above us was loud the whole night however jumping around sounded like kids doing gymnastics above us. Room was clean but run down. Check out lady was very nice.

We had no hot water in our room. There was a lack of parking and it didn't feel real safe. While the room was nicely decorated and spacious, the price was great but I don't know if we'd stay here again.
