This hotel is in the process of being renovated, but the rooms are already done and they are very nice and at the moment everything else is still good too. The breakfast was great and the attendant was very sweet and on top of it. The manager really cares about making sure guests are well taken care of and it shows. We stayed in downtown Ft. Worth and Wichita Falls on this trip and this hotel in Brownfield was the nicest stay of the whole trip. I definitely recommend it when you're in west Texas.

Deal clerk was very helpful. The Expedia agent in revising the reservation was beyond excellent, a young lady whose name started with a C and the name was unusual. I did not get the name completely but she spent over an hour intermittently trying to communicate with the Holiday Inn. In Brownfield.

Only problem I had was the key cards. When inserting the key card in the slot to the room it took forever to unlock the door. After about 5 to 6 times it would unlock. Same went for the swimming pool.
