Our check in was awful and Savanah was working the front desk. I’ve never had a ruder greeting at an establishment. She should not be the face of any business. I didn’t feel welcome and unfortunately it put a bad taste in our mouth immediately making it hard for us to see anything else about the property. The breakfast was good and beds were comfortable.

It was a convenient place to stay based on why we were there. Parking was good. But the carpet was sticky in the room. So disgusting. The bedding was extremely dirty smelling like men’s cologne. The shower was rusted and the room smelled like mold. No hot water only warm. And no water pressure. A/C worked well the the halls of the hotel were very hot! Front desk we had to always wait a while for someone to come to the desk. Mini fridge wasn't cold. The next time we go there will will not be staying there.

Horrible Check-in experience.

Nice hotel but terrible check-in. Waited at front desk for 15-20 minutes before receptionist showed up. This was during prime time near 6pm. Five other guests waiting in line by the time receptionist showed up. I even called the hotel phone number and no one answered. Receptionist texted me with a link and rudely told me to fill out the online forms and submit a photo of my driver’s license. Last thing I want to do after driving all day is deal with a bunch of bureaucracy. Poor service. This was way beneath Holiday Inn Express which are usually excellent. ..

Terrible customer service

The person at the front desk (Savannah) was not welcoming and her customer service skills were horrible. The hotel had recently implemented a check in policy requiring me to fill out an electronic link with all of the same information I had provided when I booked the room. I requested to speak with a supervisor when the font desk person would not resolve our issue, but she refused to allow me to speak with a supervisor. The room was fine, but the staff was terrible. I spoke to a supervisor the next day when checking out, but his willingness to resolve the issues we had were not any better than the original front desk person. I would NEVER stay at this hotel again.
