Never stay here!
Publié le 30 sept. 2024 sur HotelsWe killed 3 cockroaches in the 45 minutes we were in the room. We tried to call to the front desk, but the phone in the room didn’t work. We packed up and left. They told me at the front desk I would be able to get a refund, but then denied it when I opened a complaint through the 3rd party booking app.

We had a king sized bed suite and the room was clean but the shower drained VERY SLOW and the spout had two trinkels and don’t work very good . We asked room service for more shampoo and conditioner and never received or soap.

TV wouldn’t work had to have someone come in and fix it. It got up in the morning. It didn’t work again put money in The vending machine went to the clerk. He told me it would not take any cash. It took two more dollars refunded me one dollar. They didn’t do nothing about it. The breakfast was very bad nothing fresh.
