Positive: front desk changed our room from an outside motel type access to indoor.
Negative: Room was dirty and smelled musty. AC was noisy. Housekeeping did not clean the room. When I mentioned this to the front desk person, he insisted all rooms were clean and I was lying. Bummer. Won’t stay here again.
