The Overton continues to be a go to for me and my family. Great location with nice rooms and friendly staff. Live music in the lobby bar is always great.

Checkin was at 4 but room not ready until 7:30pm
After a 6 hour drive, it was challenging not having access to a room.
Hotel compensated us with a free domestic beer.
Two of our bath towels were dirty. Just not the standard I was used to at the Overton

They were having issues with their computer systems and it took about an hour to get checked in. The bathroom wasn’t very clean

Publié le 5 août 2024 sur HotelsThis was my second time staying at The Overton and I was a little disappointed in the cleanliness of the room. The first time I stayed, my room was perfect. The King bed was so comfortable and the room was very clean. AC works very well! The second trip was disappointing. There was a dirty plate outside the door, the bathroom smelled like urine and the tub did not drain when we showered. The Queen beds were hard and the pillows were very thin. The employees were very friendly and we really enjoyed the bar and the food was very good. Although we were disappointed this trip we will stay again.

I loved the live entertainment on 2 of our 4 nights. Good service in the bar. There’s no “free breakfast” as indicated on their website. There’s no complimentary coffee in the lobby, ever. Im not a Starbucks fan or supporter. Tiny Keurig in the room that leaks all the water out. No microwave in room, refrigerator didn’t work. Air conditioner didn’t cool well & saturated carpet.
