Perfect Place For Group Get Together
Publié le 19 avr. 2023 sur HomeAwayTwelve of us meet up once a year, and it’s always hard finding a big enough place. This was the best one ever! Plenty of rooms, huge living room, great kitchen, multiple entertainment areas. Pool heater wasn’t working at the time, but the pool also looks very nice.

Evolve Managment is taking advantage of property owner.
Publié le 17 mars 2023 sur HomeAwayThere are good and bad things to say about this property. First the pictures on VRBO are definitely older. The house wasn’t really clean when we arrived. The host number given wasn’t for the host it was for a house keeper with limited English who never responded to messages prior to arriving and multiple calls.

Hi Nathan, thanks for your review. After going over your feedback with the homeowner, they wanted to share the following:
- We use a professional cleaner that does a thorough job of preparing and cleaning the home before each guest's arrival.
- We recently had several bad storms out at the lake so the weather may have impacted the cleanliness in some areas; however, we can confirm the house is thoroughly cleaned after every visit.
- The property is over 25 years old. While it is not a brand-new home, the listing photos accurately represent the property.
- The welcome gift basket on the kitchen counter has the owner's and the housekeeper's phone numbers. We all strive to be available for our guests and will return messages as soon as possible.
We will continue to do all we can to provide our guests with a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

Great view of the lake! A very nice home. LOTS OF STAIRS! Everyone had a wonderful time!

Family time

Horrible experience
Publié le 14 juill. 2022 sur HomeAwayTerrible. Dirty dishes in cabinet and in dishwasher. Cabinets had food and trash running down the front of the trash cabinet. Burners did not work properly. Oven did not regulate. Air Conditioner on 3rd floor did not work. Pool was filthy. Vacuum cleaners were left out and it was evident that not all vacuuming had been completed. Owner and Evolve were unwilling to do anything to help us out. We ended up just leaving because it was so bad. I will never reserve another VRBO property after this experience.

-We have very high standards for our property, and we are sorry that cleanliness issues impacted your stay. We have begun working with a new cleaning company to ensure that future guests do not share your experience
-We regularly clean the pool, however, high winds can occasionally carry a couple of leaves into it in between cleanings
-The air conditioning unit on the third floor has been serviced, and we can confirm it is currently working
-We have confirmed the oven is working without issue

Beautiful Large Home
