Employees wore no masks during the height of COVID in Texas so far, however the room was very spacious with a sink and kitchenette. Give and take, as long as we were social distancing and wearing masks. Overall a good stay on our way back home.

I booked and paid for a king room. Upon arriving, told they were "out of king rooms but we will 'upgrade' you to a queen room"?? Same price of course for a smaller bed. First room I went to, the AC didn't work (West Texas middle of summer - at least 85°in the room). Second room, half the lights were out & again, broken AC. Third room, phone broken but AC worked, but it had been off so I was miserable for almost 2 hours while it cooled off. The desk clerk was polite about changing rooms but it was after hours so I had to keep hauling my luggage from the room back to the lobby & then to the next room. All rooms had that sour musty smell old hotels get.
Would never stay here again.

A little more upkeep needed we always stay there when we travel to Plainview- staff Person I dealt with she’s amazing and helpful all the time.just please do more Maintenance in the rooms.
