I'm pretty sure an in room coffee maker was advertised but not present. Ice machine not working. But clean room overall and quick repair of door lock was appreciated.

I’m single woman with a bad back. The bed and pillows were comfortable. I woke up not hurting. The room was clean. The property owner was very nice and helpful. It felt quiet and safe there. It is close to Texas tech, when I visited my son. For the price, it was bare bones and great. I don’t like carpeting in hotels, but I saw no sign of bugs. I would stay here again.

The staff is very friendly and the hotel room is neat and comfortable to stay in.

We did not stay at the hotel as it was not well maintained and the property kept all air conditioning units off with all the windows open in the 100 degree heat we checked in at 4 (temp in room 96) & turned the air on and left when we returned at 630 it was 84 we gave it til 700 still 84 degrees I then went to the front desk they were many patrons in there cars and I stopped and asked one of the patrons if his air was working in his room he said “no that he was waiting it out in his car” at the front desk they offered another room which we gave an hour to get cool at this point I wasn’t going to make myself and my 3 children and sicker from the heat and we left.

Hello Diana, thank you for sharing your feedback. We keep all AC units maintained for all rooms. We are sorry the room did not cool quickly enough, as you know temperatures were triple digits and we are combating this heat as best as we can along with the Lubbock Community. We will have maintainence team review and evaluate each unit to better service our guests this summer.

Not the worse experience but wasn’t great

Dead moths in bed under covers. Owners speak in other language to eachother when you ask them questions. They couldn’t find my reservation for 20 mins .

The room was super clean (no bed bugs!) and the staff was very friendly. It was easy to park and we enjoyed our stay!
