This property was extremely well cared for and the staff very competent. We stayed in over 16 places this past month and this property was one of the three we ranked with a 5. Very friendly to service animals with a great grassy area for the animals to have some free time.

utility room next to 106 has alarm that could not be turned off late Friday, thus crappy sleep for all of us in 106. it got turned off Saturday morning when "qualified" person was available. Not the staff's fault, just following the rules. Still sucked for us!
shower in room 106 has very low flow.

The property is right across the street from Texas Tech university, the exterior and the staff were nice. The 1st floor room was bad, bug on the bed, bathtub chipped and rusted and the worst issue was the noisy AC unit!

This property is badly in need of an update! I had to switch rooms 3 times. First room had stains all over the pillows that I did not find until the morning after I had slept on it! The next room had so much water damage in the shower ceiling, I couldn’t bring myself to get in the shower plus flies everywhere. The final room was adequate. The breakfast is terrible, limited variety and cold awful coffee.
