When wife was taking shower before bed she looked down and a bunch of hair was on the clog. Dark hair and my wife is a blonde. Then it was dirty on the wall of the shower. Other than that, it was good.

Inaccurate info in listing

My main issue was the fact that on Hotels.com, rooms were advertised as having bathtubs. There was no differentiation other than accessibility rooms. So I reserved a king so as to not take up two bed availability. When I got there, there is no tub. Evidently only double rooms have tubs.. Because of a disability, I cannot use a shower which I informed staff. There was no offer to help me out or move me. That was disappointing since it meant a challenging week of sink bathing while there for a new job for a week’s stay. It was more of an inconvenience than a catastrophe. It was just disappointing at the inaccurate info followed by no offer to help with figuring out a solution.
