The view on the piazza was amazing! The room was magnificent and we enjoy everything about this too short stay

Charmant mais bruyant.

Notre chambre était bruyante, elle donnait d'un côté dans le hall et de l'autre face à un restaurant à la terrasse plus qu'animée jusqu'à une heure du matin. Dommage car la situation dans Lucca est idéale pour la visite.

Beware - I booked through Expedia but will not do that again as when couldn’t get a flight in time for the first day, and I tried to change the booking to arrive the second day of my week long stay, it cancelled the whole booking and re-booked at a much higher rate. So I called the B&B to try to make the change but they cannot do this. They saved my room for me but I had to pay for the night I wasn’t there. Annoying.
I had a room overlooking the plaza. It’s very noisy with buskers and their sound equipment, for the most part playing music they think Americans would like. Also the volume of diners talking in the street just below, made me want to close the windows much of the time, it was like being at a loud party where you knew no one. It was a great view, so definitely a trade off
Monica, who seems to do everything there, was friendly and helpful, but her time there is erratic.

Place was Ok. Very small rooms. Bed was older and sloped in the middle. Very nice staff and breakfast provided.

Clean and spacious room at the hart of Lucca. Big shower and fridge in the room. Balcony view is stunning.
