Coppia francese maleducata e senza nessuna mentalità nello stare al mondo !!!Arrivati senza valigie x volere fare un check come si fosse chissá cosaPoi andati in camere e stati sul letto con le scarpe !!!Non fate prenotare questi due cafoni !!!!

Très jolie décoration pour cet établissement parfaitement propre. Adorable terrasse au calme.

We have just returned from a 9 night stay at B&B Corte Toro in Lucca. Contact from Giacomo after booking was very good. We had a wonderful time there. Giacomo is an excellent host. The B&B is located in a very convenient location for everything you need in Lucca. It is on a very quiet street. We had a lovely big room; with a big bathroom with a great shower. Everything was very clean and comfortable. There are only three rooms at the B&B and they are well spread out so you hear nothing from the other guests. There are two flights of stairs up to the B&B, but the second one is quite short. I have arthritis and I had no trouble at all with the stairs. Giacomo provides a typical Italian breakfast each morning - and the items on offer change each day which was great as we stayed 9 nights. A lovely selection of assorted pastries; some of which we had never had before. There is a fridge in the breakfast area with cold drinks which can be taken and paid for at check out. This was much appreciated on hot days when we arrived back at the B&B. There is a very nice balcony area where guests can sit outside. Giacomo gave us the opportunity to leave our bags on our last day after check out, as our car to the airport wasn't coming until 18:30 - this was great for us! In conclusion; we had an excellent stay at B&B Corte Toro - we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a visit to Lucca.

Mixed feelings

We stayed 2 nights. Check-in was fine. Later that day I asked if I could put my bottle of water in the kitchen fridge as our room had no fridge. The woman said yes and indicated the bottom shelf of the door is where to put it. The next morning I went out and bought a piece of fruit to have later in the day and returned to the B&B to put it in the fridge. When I indicated to the man who served breakfast what I was doing he said that space was only for the souvenirs (?) of guests. He had also removed and discarded my bottle of water. After some grumbling by him he allowed me to put the fruit in. This incident soured the rest of the stay. Won't be returning. Also the bathroom had a slight sewer smell. Not pleasant.

If you have to review to want to throw our place under a bad name then that doesn't sit well with us.First of all, the fridge is in the living area, and you can buy and leave souvenirs for everyone...!!! The fridge in hotels is not for keeping your stuff it's not an apartment. The shower I don't understand what you're holding on to she may not come back but don't worry we won't miss her.of course we don't take your water, we not behave like you.Get an apartment you will definitely be better off!!!!

There is no lift for this property which is on the second floor. The breakfast was really bad, all there was were sweet cakes, rather than cheese, jam, fresh bread. We move a small table to the left dyring our stating to have more light and we were foing to put it back once we left, we we were told off by the staff

We are not surprised by your review given that you also stole two books from the room. You don't move the furniture as you want in a room that doesn't belong to you. Do you know the value of the table being an antique object?! Breakfast do you think we also have the highest rating!!! do you know what an Italian breakfast is? Yes there are stairs, normal in an 1700s building in Lucca.We thank you and are waiting for expedia's response to the attitude you have already reported.Best regards

Ett mycket trevligt B&B med en serviceminded och personlig värd. Fantastiskt läge och charm. Tyst och lugnt och mycket god frukost. Detta boende kan vi rekommendera varmt.
