Practical location in Lucca old center
Publié le 25 juill. 2024 sur HotelsA simple hotel, quite clean, and a small room. Ok for one night, if you like very soft beds. The air-condition could be better running. No service, as described. A friendly young woman at the reception at arrival. But: the same doorcode for all guests in the same room, that doesn't feel safe.

Hello, sorry, but we don't understand what you are meaning with same door code for all guests in the same room ??Should guests that are in the same room have different PIN codes ?Should the front door PIN code be different for everyone ? This is a beautiful, quality room rental and not the NASA headquarter.In our town we feel safe as we are safe.

Anche pulizia e location top.Parcheggi disponibili proprio in piazza a pagamento dalle 8 alle 20 anche tramite app easypark. Ci tornerò sicuramente la prossima volta a Lucca.

Enjoyed our stay at Inside the Wall. Room was very clean and comfortable and close to the wall. Love the products and bathroom was very clean and new. Bed was more of a temperpedic feel if you like that kind.

Brief but comfortable stay in lovely Lucca
Publié le 7 juin 2024 sur HotelsWe stayed only one night during our day-and-a-half in Lucca. Wish it could have been longer! We had a wonderful experience in Lucca and staying at Inside the Wall. Rebecka was a friendly host and checked us in efficiently while engaging in warm conversation. Our room was lovely, and the location was convenient.

Worst “hotel” experience in a 7 week trip
Publié le 1 juin 2024 sur HotelsThis is not a hotel. You are only renting a room. It is a very small room. It is also quite noisy and you can hear people in other rooms very easily, and I don’t have very good hearing. It is basically self check in, This location offers no help or amenities. If you want to leave a bag either before check in or after check out you’re out of luck they won’t help you at all. We had better luck with the café down the street who generously let us leave a bag in a secure location for free. We found the owner/mgr to be rude and condescending.

Mrs Anonymous.Yes, we are not a hotel.Our rooms are not less than 20 m2.Yes, we do have self check in.We don't store luggages as we don't have the space, not beacuse we are evil. If you asked for storage, for sure we told you to go just a few steps (20 m) on our street to the store were you can comfortably deposit your bags. As a guest you should respect the policy and regulations of the accomodation were you have booked. You can't pretend to book in a roomrental were the services are clearly presented and pretend services that doesn't exist.Regards
