Best stay for us across two other countries so far! Bed was comfy. Reception was very informative offering alot of sightseeing hints and tips. Breakfast included (alot of yummy options and best quality weve had over two other countries). Hotel also let us check in early (10am) 5*!

Very clean, walking distances to most of the attractions, staff are very friendly and helpful!! If I have to say one thing I am not crazy about it, it’s the cover of the duvet, the wrinkled patterns of the cover makes me feel a little itchy at the beginning, but my skin is very sensitive, could be just my issue.

Nice boutique hotel.

Nice boutique hotel with a decent breakfast. Room as comfortable and reasonably spacious by central European standards. Is on the river with good views from most rooms. Access by car is nit easy due to pedestrian only streets necessitate doing a U turn to get back out. Parking is a 3 block walk, across the river. So if you have luggage you will want to unload at the hotel (parked on the side of street with hazards on) before parking. Getting to the parking is tricky if you miss the turn into the garage (you need to go down a short Street down the west side of the building).

Good place to stay in Lucerne

We were thankful for the easy instructions on getting to our room after the reception desk closed. Huge must if your train runs late! The kitchen was in repair, so there was no breakfast, but croissants were delivered to our door each morning. Having the balcony over the river was lovely, and it was in a quiet enough area that there was no noise other than the sound of water at night. The bathroom was a little small and challenging to hold our essentials. The bed was ok, but not super comfortable. Loved the location and ease of walking from the train station.

Super, affordable choice in Lucerne

Staff was excellent. Front desk was welcoming and when we asked where to buy a plug converter they loaned us a couple for three days. The buffet breakfast was tasty and the staff was always around filling things up, tidying etc. Room was clean with a nice balcony and a view of the river, bridges, mountains.

Wonderful location and very nice and helpful staff. Room was well appointed. Breakfast was very good and varied. I highly recommend this hotel when staying in Lucerne. Location provided quiet room but old town shops nearby as are bridges across the river. This hotel is a gem!

This is a comfortable hotel in the old town close to dining options and shopping. Staff were very helpful and compared to other accommodation options in Lucerne it was good value with breakfast included. The only negative was the internet did not work for either of us during our stay.

Fast check in and check out process. Quiet environment, and safe. Good view of the river. Has luggage storage availability after check out. Friendly front desk and dining staff. Pretty average breakfast options. Triple room was spacious and clean. Bus stop 'bruggligasse' very close by for bus line 9 that travels to the train station. Would recommend a stay here while in Lucerne.

Excellent mid price option in easy walking distance of all of central Luzern, and reasonably walkable with rolling luggage from the train station (one set of stairs). The staff was kind and helpful, and breakfast was good.
