Staff politeness was satisfactory.
Cleanliness of room was not up to the mark especially during this COVID period. I had to ask for pillow cover change just after check in due to its dirtiness.

Big on promises small on delivery ….
Publié le 22 nov. 2017 sur HotelsReading over some of the previous reviews, I can see that many problems recur at this hotel. The manager’s repeated promises of improvement are simply not happening.
We stayed three nights and had two rooms. Checkin was smooth and staff helpful. However, we found the rooms to be quite old and tired and in need of updating, particularly at this price point.
The bathrooms are very disappointing. They are very old, worn and tired, and our bath had paint splattered over it. Definitely time for a makeover here.

Publié le 21 févr. 2017 sur Expediareally regret picking this hotel for my fathers stay. we paid a lot for a 2 nights stay, and it was totally not worth it in the least. i think the positive reviews here on expedia are FAKE, as the hotel is thoroughly a waste of money in many ways w.r.t basic cleanliness and hygiene
