Hôtel de classe, ancien, central, qui a gardé ses grandes chambres bien entretenues avec un service de premier ordre. Chambres bien climatisées été comme hiver (il peut faire froid à Lucknow). Très bon buffet gratuit pour le petit déjeuner. Diner/buffet varié et excellent! What else? Très bon rapport qualité/prix si on réserve par Hotels.com. J'en fait ma résidence à Lucknow…

Average stay!

Although the stay was average because of couple of reasons - there was hardly any hot water for bath, it was always lukewarm and secondly on one night, the ACs were not working and we all had terrible sleep. The queen size bed for a couple with a kid is absolutely a no go!

Publié le 20 janv. 2020 sur HotelsThis is a great hotel. Unfortunately, the front desk staff cannot be trusted. They blatantly tried to rip me off while checking out. I arranged a late checkout for an extra cost. I needed to vacate the room by 6:00 PM. I did so, at approximately 5:50 PM. I turned in the key to the front desk staff and informed them that I would be in the restaurant, and that they should prepare my bill. In the restaurant, I had a feeling that I should be careful to document that I left the room before 6:00 PM, so I took a picture at 5:58 PM in the restaurant with my iPhone. When I went back to the front desk to pay my bill, the front desk staff was argumentative, and tried to claim that I checked out after 6:00 PM and wanted to charge me the full day's rate for the room. I contested this and showed them the picture from the restaurant with the time stamp, and the front desk staff give up — they knew I had caught them.
