Property is nice & clean.. service at the restaurant was quite disappointing as they were more focused with customers with buffet. Welcoming staff was great. Actually the whole staff of the hotel were welcoming & attentive.

Despite telling them several times that I paid for my stay, they kept me waiting indefinitely without any proper discussion with Hotels.com. I almost missed my flight. I am very disappointed that Hotel.com and the hotel simply kept the customer waiting for an issue that needed to be discussed directly.
