Great stay by Ludington Beach

There was trash left in the room from previous guests. The carpet was dirty. The front desk staff have zero hospitality skills. Talk about unfriendly. When signing the check in sheet, they have two pages of rules that you have to agree to. When I asked them to clarify about their smoking policy, they literally threatened to charge my credit card! The woman wasn’t clear about where the boundaries were and while we don’t smoke I like to be clear on the rules. There are cameras everywhere on this property, so if you’re looking for privacy this is NOT the place to stay. Last but not least, I’ve ended up with a strange rash/bites on my chest and arms that look suspiciously like bedbug bites. Cleanliness is the first thing I look for and it appears I need glasses.

I found check in was very pleasant, Pam was very nice. It was very cold in Ludington and after a blizzard. The rooms were clean, warm and quiet. I was a little concerned due to previous bad reviews, but mostly from people with dogs who did notify hotel Before reserving for dog friendly room. So don't listen to what they say.
Also booking on line you are bound to change and cancelation rules with goes with just about anything you reserve on line today! Location was perfect just outside of town and down the block from park to watch the sunset. I would recommend staying there and would do so again.
