Pour : Le confort. Les produits dans la salle de bain.
Contre : Petite odeur d’humidité dans le couloir.
Hôtel accueillant mais travaux juste en face. Restaurant à proximité.

Pour : parking facile, wifi et petit dejeuner inclus
Contre : réapprovisionnement de la nourriture déficient
renové, fonctionnel le matelas aurait pu être plus moelleux
mais on a bien dormi néanmoins, on y retournera.
le petit dejeuner doit etre pris tot car vers 9h ils cessent
de réapprovisionner les aliments manquants

I did not care for the location of the hotel. It did not seem safe. But we had no issues.

Very convenient off Rt 90, friendly, helpful staff, lovely room ( though needs a comfortable occasional chair), clean and wonderful hotel!!

This property was as listed. Good staff with clean rooms. We enjoyed the breakfast and our stay.

Was told this was their last room available.
The AC unit DID NOT WORK! The room was very hot and stuffy. Between the hot temperature, the worn down beds and very flat pillows; we GOT VERY LITTLE SLEEP!
This place was NOT worth what we paid for the room.
I asked for a refund. Was told to talk to Expedia; they couldn’t (or wouldn’t) do anything for me.

Dear Jo Ellen,Thank you for staying with us here at the Holiday Inn Express in Ludlow. I do want to start with apologizing for the experience you had while with us. When you brought the complaint to our attention the General Manager and myself followed up on the issues immediately after your departure. Upon entering the room, we did see the AC Unit was set on auto. When the AC is set to auto once it reaches the desired temp, it will click off. This could be the shut off that you had heard. It will then click back on when it reaches 3 degrees higher than the set temperature, to bring it back to desired temp. We also checked all tags on our mattresses to ensure they had been flipped, as you stated they had not. The correct dates where located in the correct position. We do know that some guests do not like our mattress and we have brought that up to the correct department and I am happy to say that with the new renovation coming, we will be getting brand new mattresses. We do hope that you will give us another chance during a future visit to the area. Please don’t ever hesitate to reach out to a front desk agent at any hour. We strive to do our best to accommodate our guests to the best of our ability.
