The landlord has left this hotel, taking contents with him and owing money. When we arrived there were no longer rooms to let here.

This set of rooms should be removed from the site
Publié le 20 mai 2023 sur HotelsBe warned. They no longer do rooms. Since we booked there have been a number of temporary landlords. Current one turned is away, saying all rooms locked/ closed. We had any number of automatic emails reminding us of the booking and looking forward to seeing us. Couldn't be further from the truth.

Publié le 23 avr. 2023 sur HotelsWhen we went to check in the man who said he was a relief manager said the owner had done a runner and there was no rooms no beds or linen no towel he said the owner was still taking bookings but there was no rooms to let I said why didn’t you email us on the morning when we asked if we were still coming he said he couldn’t, we had got family booked in has well for a family birthday surprise, the week end was totally ruined 😡

When we arrived we were told owners had done a bunk taking all bedding etc with them so there was no room for us. The guy we dpoke to was surly abd unhelpful. Luckily we found a ( much more expensive) room at the very nice and accommodating Feathers Hotel opposite.

Great place to stay for a weekend away. Owners friendly and welcoming. Room very clean & comfortable.
