Picture yourself in gorgeous Ludlow Vermont, the home of Okemo Mountain for holidays, vacations or a weekend getaway. This fantastic house has been specifically updated to cater to large groups. Terrific in-town location on Okemo Shuttle Route. Hop on the bus right outside your door to Okemo Mountain. Location offers something for everyone. Half mile shuttle ride in the winter to Okemo Mountain, short walk to town to many fine restaurants, pubs and stores or venture nearby for all Vermont has to offer.

This 11 bedroom, 7 bathroom home sleeps 34 with loads of space and privacy. 1st floor has been remodeled to include a family room, kitchen includes a professional range and stainless appliances. and granite countertops. Additional amenities include washer and dryer, wireless internet, 3 Flat screen TVs, cable with bonus sports channels, 8 person hot tub, 2 fireplaces, pool table, shuffleboard table, games and so much more.

The Clubhouse has everything your group needs for a good time!


Notes:

Wildlife: You may see wildlife including deer, coyotes, foxes, and bears. Please be mindful of your surroundings and leaving out food and trash.

Weather: In the winter, there will be snow, ice, and occasional snowstorms. We recommend driving a vehicle with AWD or 4WD. Please drive with caution and be prepared with regards to the ability of your vehicle to drive in the snow.

Air conditioning: There are four very large window units to cool all common areas of the house on the first and second and third floors. Nights are typically much cooler and fans are provided for all bedrooms for your comfort.

Excellent Comfortable House
Excellent and comfortable house right by Okemo and 5 minute walking distance to the town for any amenities you may need pizza (practically right next door), Shaws for groceries, and a beer & liquor store. The house was spacious and equipped with everything you could want after a day on the slopes. Plenty of seating around two dinning tables and the living area with fireplace so everyone could relax. Kitchen was well stocked with cook and serving ware. Bedrooms were very comfortable with some having their own bathroom. Plenty of bathrooms throughout the house so no one was ever left waiting. Outdoor hot tub was excellent and able to fit 5 people very comfortably. Parking was easy, we were able to fit 9 cars without issue.Communication with Diane was very easy and she answered all my questions from months before the trip through our stay. We left after a big snowstorm and she was able to drop of some brushes to help clean off our cars. Driveway was already cleared out.Only thing to note (nothing major) when planning out sleeping arrangements is that one bedroom can only be accessed by going through another bedroom.Okemo is only a 5 minute drive from the house which is great since parking can easily get packed. If your up early enough and get there before 8:30, parking is no issue, even if you end up in the overflow. If someone in your group does not ski and doesnt mind shuttling people, the close proximately makes it very easy to shuttle people yourself.

There were 16 of us staying here and the house was great! So much more room than we thought! We had such a great time and the hosts were so helpful with everything. The location is perfect since it's close to the mountain and you can walk to places in town.

Our group had an absolutely amazing stay at The Clubhouse! This property is fantastic for large groups – spacious yet cozy, and it truly has everything you could need for a perfect getaway.The location is unbeatable – being on the Okemo Shuttle Route made getting to the mountain so easy, and it’s just a short walk to the center of town as described. The house gave everyone plenty of space and the common areas were perfect for hanging out together. The fireplace downstairs added such a warm and inviting touch, especially after a day on the slopes.The kitchen was well-equipped and had everything we needed to prepare meals for the group. They have tried to think of everything!We already can’t wait to return next year!

Great family getaway
We had an amazing time this summer. House was perfect for our large group. We had 4 generations of our family gathering. The 1st floor open area was great for gathering, kitchen, 2 large dining tables and living room area perfect for hanging out and playing games. At the end is the street an amazing pizza restaurant, the grocery store and other restaurants all within walking distance. The downtain area a super cute little walk away. The farmers market Sunday morning was great with fresh veggies, coffee and breads, live music. Sunday night we walked down to the park for the summer music series live music evening. Also Close drive to Buttermilk falls and the lake at Plymouth state park. Hosts were friendly. Would recommend this house for a nice place to stay.

Ludlow Clubhouse: Thumbs Up!
We had a family reunion with parents, kids, and grandparents. Convenient to walk a couple blocks to downtown. Picnic at Camp Plymouth, 7 miles north with swimming, boat & paddle board rentals, playground, grills, clean restrooms. The Clubhouse met all our needs. Diane, the host, was responsive and helpful.

Perfect Okemo Group Getaway!!!
If you have any sizable group, this is a perfect location for Skiing and hanging out in Okemo. There is no where more perfect for the price and care taken at the Clubhouse. Perfect hot tub to fit any group, excellent house layout and kitchen. Hosts were easy to communicate with helpful. We hope to come back here again!

Family Holiday Weekend
We had a fun & comfortable family (age range 3-92!) weekend. House was fully equipped with kitchen items. Three common area, one on each floor for activities-board games in dining room, pool tournament on second floor and quiet area by fireplace on third floor. A wide variety of bed sizes and configurations allowed all to fit. Skiing opportunities close by so all were happy.

Wonderful holidays at The Clubhouse
We had a fantastic, large family gathering here, and the property worked out perfectly for us. The Clubhouse had enough bedrooms to accommodate us all, and it was nice that we were spread out across three different levels. Great features included the fully stocked kitchen and the hot tub (used several times a day!). The location is also perfect, for it's an easy walk to the shops as well as to a nearby playground and field.

Great area for older veteran motorcycle riders with many amenities nearby. House accommodated 10 guys comfortably. Great to relax after a day of riding the area. The clubhouse is a fitting name for the property.

Amazing house for a large group
The house and the host were great. Lots of beds and bedrooms to accommodate any group. Seamless entry upon arrival and departure. Diane was very easy to get in touch with. Okemo was less than 5 minutes away which made it very convenient to go back and forth to the mountain. We had a great stay, highly recommend.

Wonderful group vacation home
The Clubhouse is a great place for a group trip! We were a group of college friends with kids in tow. The house provides tons of space, bedrooms for all and pretty much all the amenities you would need for a group trip. The house itself might be a bit older, but the interior is all updated in a comfortable style. The outdoor space is highlighted by the river running along the back of the property. Hot tub is bigger than most standard hot tubs and can easily accommodate 6-8 people. The owners were great to communicate with and made sure we had everything we needed for a great stay. We've previously stayed with them at their other VRBO property in Ludlow and have nothing but positive things to say about our experiences at both properties.

Wonderful week in Vermont
We took our first family vacation which included my wife, me, our 5 children and our 5 Grandkids. The Clubhouse was a perfect place for us all. The three floors and numerous bedrooms gave everyone a chance for privacy, while the first floor kitchen/dining/living room area was the eating and meeting place throughout the day. The two kitchens on the first and third floor were well stocked with all the dishes and cooking utensils you will need. There were lots of options for things to do during the day and plenty of restaurants if you want to go out to eat. Shaws grocery store is only a short walk away. I’ve already recommended the place to friends that are avid skiers and hope they go this winter.

Great rental
Great rental for a large group. Since we were here during the hottest week of the summer and there was limited air conditioning, sleeping wasn't the best. However, the cleanliness, the availability of everything needed, the location, and the friendliness of our host, Diane, made it a special stay!!!!
