This place was great. The manager helped us out on all aspects she is a 5 star host. She really went out of her way to help out. Apartment is super clean, had a chance to workout in the gym and run down and get an expresso in the morning. I highly recommend this place to anyone, it was great.

Ein Wochenende nach Lugano um meinen Geburtstag mit der Familie zu feiern.Wir haben 2 grosse Apartments gebucht.Es war eifach top.Die Ausstattung im Apartment,Das Personal,Die Tiefgarage fürs Auto wie auch die Raumaufteilungen im Apartment.Einfach Mega. Kommen gerne wieder.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL

Stayed in this apartment hotel for 2 nights in Apr23. We spoilt the hair dryer before we checked out, but could not inform the office as we checked out very early in the morning and the office was closed. The next day, I received an email informing us that they charged CHF500 to my credit card for spoiling the hair dryer and the TV. This is ridiculous. Their email mentioned that they gave us a perfectly working TV before we checked in. How can they accuse us for spoiling the TV a few minutes after we checked into the room while they did not proof to us that the TV was working after we checked into the room. Instead, we discovered that the TV was not working, after we turned on the TV, minutes after we checked in. Immediately we called the office and shortly, one of the hotel employee came to take a look at the TV and tried working it with the remote but failed. He said he would call the technician to come. A few minutes later, another employee came and tried to work the TV, to no avail. Shortly after, she walked out of the room and came back with another lady to replace the TV.They left the room after giving us a working TV.If they have given us a working TV before we checked in, the hotel should inform us on that day, so that we can clarify and settle the matter there and then.Why are they doing it behind our back now? Emailed them several times to ask them to refund us the difference after deducting the damaged hair dryer but they did not border to reply. This is robbery!

Dear MadamThank you for your reservation and for taking the time to share your review. We are sorry that we had this issue during your last stay. We are proud to have very high standards for our apartments and we always carry out works whenever necessary to keep our facilities up to date. Regarding what happened during your stay, in the house rules it clearly states that all damages must be reported to the Swiss Hotel Apartments staff and that the guest will be held responsible and charged for any loss or damage to the property caused by themselves or their guests. Right after every check-out we check that the apartment is clean as brand new, and we also inspect all the electronic devices.In your case the TV was working properly as well as the hairdryer. Right after your check-in the TV was broken (which we replaced immeditely) and upon check-out we discovered that you also destroyed the hairdryer.We are sorry that you felt you did not consistently receive the friendly and courteous service we are known for but we always trust the client to be honest with us.We hope you to welcome you again for an improved stay.Best wishes,The Swiss Hotel Apartments Team Lugano
