The food and d price of The dinner at the restaurant is afforfable and the food is delicious. The SPA is enticing but the water is cold to stand the treat. It must increase to higher temperature. Because we'd got sick after our vacation.

Clean safe hotel

Location was safe. Hotel was fine and clean. Was disappointed over limited access to food. The cafe served basic but no availability for basics like eggs :-( Hotel advertises spa. My mistake I was thinking American Spa and it was basically a hot tub :-(

Receptionist was very vague when checking us in eg where the bus stop was, times of breakfast. He looked like his shirt hadn’t been washed in several weeks! Room was ok but there was a stale smell of cigarette smoke.

Good Lugo over night stay.

The hotel was fine, the staff was friendly and helpful, has restaurant/snack bar/bar open to 11:30. Did not use all facilities but has pool, spa, gym. We were just there for the night and it worked for our needs. Not in the center of the city but right on RT 540 and easy to find

I was disappointed that most of the hotel reception people had a hard time communicating in English. The hotel did not offer breakfast on the first day - for some mysterious reason! One of the managers was very helpful and knowledgeable about several questions I asked about the area - so that was probably what salvaged my experience at this hotel.
