They have us a room with a spot of pee on the bed, still wet, some first towel on the floor, no excuses no nothing, finaly they have us another that was ok

Clean, new, 2 elevators and plenty luggage carts for bringing things from the car to the rooms especially when they are in upper floors.

Disappointed and would not stay here again

First, one of the reasons we chose this hotel was because it had a nice pool and wanted the kids to swim since we'd been in the car all day. Unfortunately, the pool was out of order. We checked in as a family of 5 and there were only 3 towels in the room. We needed to use the couch/sofa bed and there were no extra sheets or blankets in the room so we had to call down to the front desk and they asked us to come get them ourselves. The tv was nothing special and only had live tv, not a smart tv and there was nothing to watch for our kids. The walls were paper thin and you could hear everything. Would not stay here again.

We keep the bedding for the pull-out sofa in the laundry room to make sure it stays clean. We apologize for the inconvenience.
