Pool was taken up by hotel employees drinking alcohol and having a great time.

We came in from out of town and got there at 11:30. Was told they would have housekeeping clean room and be ready in 30 minutes. Very nice breakfast next morning before getting ready for funeral

Furniture worn out and dirty
Sheets comforter and mattress covers stained and nasty. Bathroom vanity lights out 2nd room I’ve been in same thing. I’m sorry but for $144.00 a night you would expect better

Publié le 15 juill. 2024 sur HotelsThe outside of this hotel has been recently updated, so it’s a little deceiving. The inside hallways have been, too. But inside the rooms, you’ll see that it’s pretty old and run down. My friend and I had two rooms. Both had stains on the bed linens. The curtain in my room had a large tear/hole. The chair at the desk was broken. And the caulking in the tub needed should have been replaced a few years ago. The elevators had stuff smeared on the walls and smelled awful.

Yes you are correct we are due for an upgrade starting this month, Hopefully when you come back it will be to your standards. Sorry about any inconvenience.
