Publié le 15 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe absolutely loved our stay. The cabin is lovely, and the setting can’t be beat. Within walking distance of a beautiful hike. Gorgeous view out of the living space and dining space. Communication was prompt.
We will definitely come again.

Relaxing and restful stay

The lodge is clean and comfortable with everything you need to enjoy the beautiful surroundings. We enjoyed the covered porch during a couple of rainy days and enjoyed the hot tub, as well. Lots of hiking trails nearby and the farm stands on the island were wonderful. Communications were prompt and helpful throughout and were appreciated. Could not have been any better! Awesome stay!

Peaceful retreat
Publié le 14 août 2024 sur HomeAwayOur stay at the Heron’s Nest was blissfully relaxing. The home is clean, welcoming, comfortable, and well-appointed. Jackie was a great host and her extra touches were very much appreciated. Would stay again.

Beautiful property
Publié le 31 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayAbsolutely gorgeous place. Everything was perfect. The only drawback is the driveway. Very steep and very narrow. But once you get there, it’s all worth the effort!!

Jackie is an amazing host that communicates thoroughly before and during your stay. The house has everything you’ll need and more.
My only comment is the home is listed with 2.5 full baths but the main house only has 1.5 baths. This was not a big issue for us but just something to note. There is an outdoor shower but it was too cold to use at the time.

Publié le 29 mai 2024 sur HomeAwayHonestly the pictures don't even do this property justice. The home is pristine and gorgeous and we thoroughly enjoyed our relaxing stay at the property. You'll definitely want to pack light as the trek up the hill is challenging with large bags but the view from the top is totally worth it. Thank you to our hosts for an incredible experience!

Thanks for your wonderful review Nick and for braving Lummi Island during dry dock! Fortunately most of the time you can drive right up to the door. :) We will always let our guests know if their stay falls within the short duration of our vehicle ferry being in dry dock. And for those adventurous souls a quieter more exclusive stay awaits!

Amazing!!!!
Publié le 18 déc. 2023 sur HomeAwayProperty was everything and more! The cabin itself was perfect. Clean, beautiful, and functional. The outdoor areas and views were what really made this place. The hot tub was so nice. We ate all of our meals on the back covered porch. Wife and I talked about this being an every year tradition! Jackie was also amazing with her communication and prompt responses. Thanks again!!!
