My room was not cleaned in 2 days, I left the before last day - never going back - the manager said to me, hope you are coming back... Sent pictures to her and no response.. While I was at the reception asking why they don't clean rooms the receptionist said she was the only one working - another guest came by asking for the pizza they ordered - saying it was 40 minutes ago - and it was sitting there cold at the counter ... People are nice but clearly understaffed
