I had a terrible experience at this property. On arrival the staff did not share wifi password. They mentioned we can only connect one device which was absurd. We asked for bottle waters like 6 times and they said its paid and we agreed to pay but they never provided water throughout the stay. I requested some salt and they ignored it. The staff members were not helpful and were playing some sorta games all the time. I planned this for my parents but it was very bad experience. The area was good but the service was very poor

We apologize that we failed to reach upto your exceptions and immediately shared your all the points with the team for improvement. Having said that, we would like to mention that we provide password after check in & wifi can be connected more than one. If you can remember, my manager provided you the wifi password at the reception. We provide two bottles of package drinking water as complementary each day and after that only we charged and RO water served as complementary when asked by the guests.It is always a learning for us when any disconnections happen, please consider this as one-off incident and hope you will give us one more chance so that we can live upto your expectations.Looking forward to serving you sooner than later.With Warm Regards',
