Cute cabin close to Shenandoah National Park
Publié le 14 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayThis cabin was the perfect place to stay for our mother-daughter trip to Shenandoah National Park. Be sure to keep the owner's directions to the cabin handy, though, as the GPS will likely take you to the wrong location. Having no Wi-Fi or cell service at the cabin was a welcome gift — it allowed for lots of conversation and time to do a 500-piece puzzle together!

Perfect Little Cabin
Publié le 22 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayThis place was ideal for a quiet weekend getaway. The cabin was clean, well furnished and very cozy. We saw wild turkeys and deer in the front yard and enjoyed sitting out on the large porch. Will definitely stay here again. The only drawback was there wasn’t any WiFi to search for places to go or to keep in touch with family back home.

Otherwise, you will love the place, the property and the area.

Very relaxing
Publié le 4 août 2024 sur HomeAwayWe loved the cabin. It was quiet, clean, and kinda reminded me of the feeling you get when you go to your grandparents house. It was very cozy. We loved sitting on the front porch. You feel really far away from things but you aren’t. We would definitely stay again!!

Excellent to get away from it all
Publié le 2 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayGood, comfortable cabin. Beautiful location! Did not have cell phone signal or Wi-Fi, so it's great if you want to have no interruptions from the modern world. Great location to visit the Luray Caverns, Shenandoah NP and the Skyline Drive.
The owner is close by so if you have a problem (like I did, of my own making) he's close enough to take care of it.
Would go back again!

Spring break hiking trip
Publié le 5 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayLovely cabin with lots of open space for the kiddos and dog to run and play. Close proximity to Shenandoah National Park and Luray Caverns. Property was clean and comfortable. Guest bed was not comfortable and sags/slopes in the middle. Master bed very comfortable. Enjoyed our stay.

The two bedrooms feature the same Serta bedding. The issue this guest had was with the box spring underneath. Unknown to us the previous guest had cracked the box spring causing the mattress to sag when laying on it. We replaced the box spring immediately after hearing of this to fix the problem.
